Lead Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of instructional design programs and learning initiatives.

• Oversee the transfer of training data from external vendors into Workday.

• Ensure precise tracking of completions, reporting, and maintenance of training and user records.

• Manage comprehensive logistics for learning events, including scheduling, enrollment tracking, assessments, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

• Anticipate training demand in collaboration with internal operations teams and external vendors.

• Collect and analyze data for quarterly planning in partnership with Learning Business Partners.

• Implement training plans based on identified needs.

• Organize onsite training events at external venues and ensure successful delivery.

• Enhance training resources and provide guidance and informal leadership within the team.

• Understand customer requirements, provide recommendations, and maintain customer satisfaction and relationship management.

• Travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or program execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data interpretation and forecasting learning needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders.

• Capability to create executive-level presentations and communications.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in team environments.

• Proactive in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

• Willingness and ability to travel globally to support program delivery, up to 20% of the time.

• Familiarity with current learning technologies, e-learning development, and blended learning solutions.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs.

• Ability to utilize learning analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
