This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Provide practical training, coaching, and development for Inside Sales Representatives and other operational staff.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and enhance associate productivity through well-structured training and development programs.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of ERP and operational technology platforms.
• Collaborate with branch and regional leadership to uncover training opportunities and address knowledge or process deficiencies.
• Aid in training for warehouse operations and reinforce best practices in operations.
• Conduct branch visits to observe workflows, offer coaching, and suggest process enhancements.
• Lead classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
• Support change management and implementation efforts linked to operational processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
• Work in tandem with the Learning & Organizational Development team to synchronize regional training activities with enterprise learning strategies.
• Monitor training progress, identify developmental needs, and give feedback to regional leadership regarding performance and operational efficiency.
• Report to Regional Leadership while maintaining a strong collaboration with the Learning & Organizational Development team.
• Proven experience in inside sales, branch operations, customer service, distribution, or a similar role.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Capability to influence and establish credibility with associates and leaders across various levels.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Preferred: solid comprehension of sales support, branch operations, and customer-facing processes.
• Preferred: experience in supporting onboarding, training, coaching, or mentoring initiatives for associates.
• Preferred: familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory-related processes.
• Preferred: experience in supporting ERP implementations, system adoption, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Frequent travel required within the assigned region.
• Estimated travel ranges from 50% to 75%, with additional travel necessary based on business requirements.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
