This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs that facilitate enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
• Create curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference materials, user manuals, and various other educational resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, engineers, and Government stakeholders to translate technical requirements into engaging learning content.
• Perform training needs assessments and devise learning strategies that enhance organizational readiness and technology adoption.
• Manage training schedules, instructor assignments, learning logistics, and course delivery activities.
• Provide instructor-led training sessions, virtual workshops, demonstrations, and train-the-trainer programs as necessary.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and learner feedback while suggesting ongoing improvements.
• Work together with Organizational Change Management and Communications teams to align training initiatives with stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Keep training documentation, course materials, learning management records, and curriculum updates current throughout the project lifecycle.
• Suggest innovative instructional technologies and adult learning strategies that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience in designing and delivering technical training or instructional programs that support enterprise technology implementations.
• Proficient in developing instructor-led training, eLearning, virtual learning, and blended learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional systems design (ISD), and curriculum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or comparable instructional development tools is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ATD Master Trainer, or other instructional design certification is preferred.
• Experience working with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
