This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate Day 1 to Day 3 fundamental training and supervise the entire 17-day training lifecycle.
• Monitor trainee progress and make final readiness assessments at the Day 3, Day 10, and Day 17 checkpoints.
• Ensure that training delivery, evaluations, and readiness criteria meet ABS KPIs, non-negotiables, SOPs, and client expectations.
• Mentor and provide support to both trainers and trainees.
• Address any performance or behavioral issues and document necessary interventions.
• Recommend client-ready virtual professionals to Client Success for onboarding purposes.
• Collaborate with Client Relations for replacement endorsements.
• Suggest retraining, ongoing development, or training termination when standards are not fulfilled.
• Offer post-go-live coaching, emergency retraining, client-specific crash training, and assistance for escalated performance issues.
• Update and enhance training materials, role-specific checklists, assessments, and SOPs.
• Compile weekly KPI reports, readiness and endorsement lists, replacement analyses, and comprehensive management updates.
• Work in partnership with HR, Operations, Client Success, and Client Relations to bolster trainee readiness and workforce availability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience in training, learning and development, quality, operations, or a similar people-development role.
• Proven experience in managing comprehensive training programs, structured onboarding, and trainee readiness.
• In-depth knowledge of performance evaluation, coaching, retraining, facilitation, and written communication.
• Proficient in addressing performance issues, handling escalations, and making objective readiness decisions based on assessments, documented observations, KPIs, and established standards.
• Strong skills in organization, collaboration, reporting, SOP development, and leadership.
• Reliable computer.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools is a plus.
• Experience with ClickUp is advantageous.
• Background in home care, healthcare staffing, business process outsourcing, or virtual workforce training is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AxisCare, WellSky, or similar home care platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
