Training Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of training activities.

• Organize training sessions across various teams and locations.

• Oversee training calendars, meeting invitations, and logistical arrangements.

• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to ensure seamless training execution.

• Aid in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, user guides, and quick reference documents.

• Partner with business experts to simplify complex processes into easily understandable training content.

• Ensure that training materials are clear, consistent, and current.

• Collect feedback from training participants to enhance future sessions.

• Provide support for refresher and follow-up training post go-live.

• Track training attendance and completion rates.

• Maintain training trackers and dashboards.

• Deliver regular updates regarding training progress.

• Identify and escalate potential issues early, such as low attendance or training deficiencies.

• Assist with user readiness initiatives using training data and insights.

• Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to understand training requirements.

• Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations to various audiences.

• Help ensure employees are prepared and confident in using new SAP processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting or coordinating training activities within an SAP S/4HANA project.

• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now for creating or maintaining training materials.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across various teams and levels.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

• Nice to Have: Experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives in Healthcare, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical sectors.

• Understanding of role-based training or train-the-trainer methodologies.

• Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or other business process transformation programs.

• Background in supporting large-scale system implementations.
