Training Assessment Manager – Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Familiarize yourself with all training program offerings and their formats: Online, Live Online Synchronous, In-Classroom, and Live Mentored.

• Assist students in navigating career assessments to align them with suitable programs.

• Provide guidance on financial assistance options tailored to individual circumstances and school affiliations.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the certificates and credentials available across various programs.

• Oversee prospect databases by performing follow-ups, updating statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Support students with class registration, payment plans, internship opportunities, lab/test requirements, and onboarding processes.

• Deliver proactive assistance and propose recommendations to improve the student experience.

• Track and analyze student trends that could result in corporate training prospects.

• Collaborate on regional marketing strategies and recruitment initiatives.

• Occasionally represent ProTrain at events, virtual seminars, and trade shows.

• Contribute to marketing efforts across various platforms, including social media, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, and other promotional resources and campaigns.

• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a supportive approach.

• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce required; familiarity with others like Hubspot is preferred.

• Marketing background is advantageous (knowledge of Canva is a plus).

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Passion for assisting individuals in achieving success through education and training.
