• Comprehend all available training program offerings and their formats: Online, Live Online Synchronous, In-Classroom, and Live Mentored.
• Assist students in navigating career assessments to align them with suitable programs.
• Provide guidance to students regarding financial aid options tailored to their individual circumstances and school affiliations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the certificates and credentials available across different programs.
• Oversee prospect databases by performing follow-ups, updating statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support students with enrollment, payment arrangements, internship opportunities, lab/testing requirements, and onboarding procedures.
• Deliver proactive assistance and suggest improvements to enhance the overall student experience.
• Track and recognize student trends that may present opportunities for corporate training.
• Collaborate on regional marketing strategies and recruitment initiatives.
• Occasionally represent ProTrain at events, virtual seminars, and trade exhibitions.
• Create and contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, and other promotional resources and campaigns.
• Achieve and surpass monthly or quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• A customer-service-oriented mindset with a supportive approach.
• Technologically proficient with expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce, is required; familiarity with others (e.g., Hubspot) is preferred.
• Marketing experience is advantageous, particularly with knowledge of Canva.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote setting.
• Passion for assisting individuals in achieving success through education and training.
