This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create and organize training curricula for apprenticeship initiatives.
• Structure and document training pathways, competencies, and learning objectives.
• Develop training materials such as guides, manuals, and program documentation.
• Convert program concepts into well-structured, scalable training systems.
• Oversee documentation and compliance requirements for apprenticeship programs.
• Keep training records, logs, and necessary reporting components updated.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for apprentices from a training perspective.
• Partner with HR to ensure training aligns with hiring and onboarding processes.
• Research and identify Continuing Education Units (CEUs) relevant to program needs.
• Identify and manage training platforms, tools, and external learning resources.
• Maintain systematic tracking of CEU usage and requirements.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training and program implementation.
• Ensure all training processes are well-documented, structured, and repeatable.
• Centralize the organization of all training and program materials.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, training presentations, and internal materials.
• Assist in the development of new program initiatives (e.g., transition programs).
• Support grant activities, including research and document preparation.
• Implement special projects that promote organizational growth and efficiency.
• Provide operational support to leadership in establishing scalable systems.
• Manage executive calendars.
• Perform email triage.
• Coordinate follow-ups.
• Organize meetings.
• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities.
• Experience in program coordination, training development, or operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and independently create structured outputs.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• High initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in anticipating needs (upcoming tasks, potential gaps, operational inefficiencies) before direction is given.
• Take initiative to address issues independently.
