This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary Supervisor for Financial Planners of diverse experience levels, located in various regions.
• Ensure Financial Planners under your supervision adhere to the Group T&C Scheme.
• Provide training for new entrants and other necessary training initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Training & Development Team to achieve the goals of each Trainee, from CAS and beyond.
• Conduct Role Plays, Live Observations, and Competency Assessments as needed, offering constructive feedback to Planners.
• Evaluate KPIs to pinpoint development opportunities, establish CPD, and deliver suitable coaching and training to aid the growth of Planners.
• Support Group Compliance by ensuring training materials are current and by assisting in the creation of new materials as necessary.
• Maintain your own ongoing competency.
• Foster and exemplify the client-focused culture of the organization.
• Actively share best practices.
• Proven experience in a Training & Competence role within the Financial Services sector, supervising Financial Planners across all domains (Pensions, Investments, and Protection) with a strong grasp of Financial Planning and a client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective Coaching.
• Familiarity with relevant FCA regulations.
• Solid understanding of complaints procedures.
• Good knowledge of other pertinent legislation, including those related to financial crime and GDPR.
• Strong understanding of updating policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of Training & Competency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
