Training Analyst, Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitates and delivers technical training, including assessment, preparation, delivery, and evaluation, to address the technical training requirements of the organization.

• Configures, supports, and maintains Epic Training applications to fulfill the organization’s needs.

• Develops a thorough understanding of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) to effectively create training curricula, resources, and facilitate training sessions.

• Possesses knowledge of standard system workflows.

• Collaborates with operational end-users, subject matter experts (SME), and application analysts to analyze new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies.

• Designs and maintains the Epic training environment, including builds, scenarios, and role-based training materials.

• Evaluates training data, reviews feedback, and assessment results to identify necessary curriculum modifications that ensure successful training outcomes.

• Acts as an IT liaison for training and support related to Epic functionality.

• Participates in planning, design, development, and build processes and leverages knowledge of best practices for technical training platforms and authoring tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules is required.
