Trainer, Vocational Instructor for Retraining IT Specialist, Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and foresight.

• In your capacity as an instructor, your primary objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you position yourself as both a source of knowledge and a facilitator of learning (Learning 4.0).

• This role involves subject-specific instruction from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a variety of teaching strategies in your lesson planning.

• Collaborate in the preparation and creation of lesson-related educational materials in line with the curriculum.

• Conduct evaluations to assess the growth of participants' competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in various domains of software development and information technology.

• Extensive understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other pertinent web technologies.

• Knowledge of databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper-V), as well as operating systems, system architecture, and security protocols.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO trainer certificate).

• Methodical and didactic skills for teaching materials.

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for teamwork.
