This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and oversee IT infrastructure, which encompasses hardware, networks, endpoint management, identity and access management, and essential business systems.
• Collaborate with leadership from Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Market Operations to convert technology needs from the field into scalable IT solutions.
• Assess, implement, and manage partnerships with IT support vendors.
• Deliver hands-on assistance for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues through remote troubleshooting, and, when necessary, provide in-person support at regional offices.
• Take ownership of and enhance IT security protocols, including endpoint security, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Oversee HIPAA compliance, SOC2 audits, disaster recovery strategies, and cybersecurity response management.
• Create and maintain documented processes for provisioning and de-provisioning equipment, system access, and user accounts.
• Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and procedures, which include acceptable use, data handling, and incident response guidelines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related technical field, with a background in supporting both corporate environments and a multi-site or field-based workforce.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is essential; healthcare experience, particularly in HIPAA-regulated environments, EHR systems, or clinical technology, is highly preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and best practices in IT security.
• Capable of creating IT processes, policies, and documentation from the ground up in a startup setting.
• Open to periodic travel to provide in-person support to regional care teams as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
