This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and sustain training strategies and detailed plans specific to various projects.
• Conduct analyses of training needs in collaboration with Business Owners, Project Managers, subject-matter experts, country teams, and clinic representatives.
• Create, review, and maintain role-specific training materials, such as presentations, facilitator guides, user manuals, quick-reference guides, exercises, knowledge assessments, videos, and informational articles.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for clinical, administrative, operational, and support personnel.
• Tailor training to accommodate local workflows, language requirements, user roles, system configurations, and site readiness.
• Organize training logistics at the clinic level, including participant coordination, room bookings, equipment procurement, access provision, environment setup, scheduling, and communication.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement enhancements as needed.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and offer support to local trainers, super users, or change agents.
• Execute approved system setups and configurations following documented requirements, workbooks, templates, and controlled procedures.
• Configure system parameters, organizational structures, locations, user roles, permissions, workflows, reference data, templates, and supported settings.
• Validate configurations in collaboration with Business Owners, subject-matter experts, and technical teams.
• Maintain records of configurations, decision logs, version histories, and review evidence.
• Assist with configuration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing; document results and facilitate defect resolution.
• Prepare system access, test data, and training environments in advance of training sessions and go-live events.
• Support clinic readiness, go-live, and hypercare through on-site assistance, user coaching, issue triage, feedback collection, and escalation.
• Differentiate and direct training, configuration, process, and technical incidents appropriately.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Owners, product teams, vendors, and clinic stakeholders.
• Adhere to information governance, data protection, clinical safety, access control, and change control protocols.
• Document lessons learned and reusable assets to enhance future training, system setup, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in training, healthcare operations, digital systems, business applications, informatics, IT, or a related discipline.
• Qualifications in training, instructional design, learning and development, application support, or system administration are preferred.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Proficiency in additional Affidea market languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and to Affidea clinics as dictated by project deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-user training for digital systems or business applications through both virtual and in-person formats.
• Proven experience in creating structured training plans and producing high-quality learning materials for various user groups.
• Familiarity with setting up or configuring enterprise applications using controlled processes, predefined options, or administration tools.
• Experience in supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, go-live, or hypercare processes.
• Background in collaborating with project teams, Business Owners, technical specialists, vendors, and operational users in a multi-site environment.
• Experience in a healthcare or another regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Primarily remote work arrangement.
