Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer – Freelance, Fully Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce captivating training materials, which include presentations, exercises, and pre-study resources.

• Assist with the individual pre-study period from December 4, 2026, to January 6, 2027.

• Facilitate engaging, instructor-led training sessions from January 7 to April 2, 2027.

• Cover essential topics such as Oracle Fusion ERP foundations, architecture and cloud, financials, procurement, functional and data management, technical integration, Oracle AI Agents, testing and quality assurance, as well as consulting power skills.

• Lead participants through theoretical principles and practical Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP scenarios.

• Offer continuous mentorship and personalized support.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on participants' final capstone projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Procurement.

• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools (FBDI, ADFdi, BICC, OIC) is a plus.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agents or GenAI tools in ERP delivery is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in ERP training, coaching, or enablement initiatives.

• Capability to develop structured, comprehensible training materials for individuals transitioning careers.

• Proficiency in remote delivery using digital collaboration platforms.

• Availability as a freelancer during the preparation phase and throughout the 12-week program.
