Trainer – Electricity Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Facilitating coaching sessions and meeting coaching goals within the electricity project.

• Developing and executing coaching sessions in an organized and systematic way.

• Assisting in the professional growth of employees by enhancing their knowledge and skills.

• Preparing and conducting impactful coaching sessions.

• Monitoring and reporting on the knowledge imparted.

• Creating training materials.

• Performing training needs assessments to determine the most suitable coaching methods.

• Collaborating closely with the Program Manager (Supervisor & ACCM).

• Making calls to keep informed about new developments and changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong self-management skills along with the ability to learn and think creatively.

• A flexible, results-driven mindset.

• Excellent analytical, teaching, and systematic-methodical capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and expertise in relationship management.

• Competence in conflict resolution and leading training sessions in a professional and effective manner.
