Trainer, SAP S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction in SAP S/4HANA from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Develop and implement a diverse range of teaching strategies for effective course delivery

• Prepare and conduct assessments for learners

• Engage in quality assurance activities

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator

• Execute innovative, tailored, and practice-oriented knowledge transfer

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree

• Professional and project experience in a consulting role

• Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching

• Current SAP S/4HANA certification

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification, such as a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO

• Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional materials

• Independent and organized work style with a high level of personal accountability

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Excellent command of the German language as the medium of instruction (C2 level)
