SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee national and international SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation initiatives.

• Assume responsibility from the project's inception through to its successful go-live.

• Manage global project teams, stakeholders, and partner relations.

• Supervise project governance, budget oversight, risk management, and escalation processes.

• Collaborate as an equal partner with HR, IT, and management teams.

• Assist with complex integration scenarios that involve SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading international SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects.

• Strong understanding of HCM processes and SAP landscapes.

• Experience in managing stakeholders and overseeing projects.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and good command of English.

• Willing to travel around 30–50% of the time.
