Trainer – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Your primary emphasis as a trainer is on enhancing the competencies of participants.

• In designing your lessons, you serve both as a source of information and as a supportive learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!

• This role includes delivering subject-specific instruction from your home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will implement various teaching methods to create engaging course designs.

• Additionally, you will prepare and craft course-related learning materials in line with the curriculum.

• You will also be responsible for conducting assessments related to competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A pertinent commercial vocational qualification along with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll/HR administrator).

• Experience in teaching one or more of the following subjects: payroll accounting with DATEV, payroll accounting with Lexware, fundamentals of payroll processing, advanced payroll processing.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (AEVO).

• Proficient command of German at C2 level.
