Trainer – Medical Practice Billing and Practice Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide instruction in specific subjects remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ a range of teaching techniques to craft and present lessons

• Create and enhance curriculum-aligned learning resources

• Perform competency evaluations

• Assist course participants in skill development

• Serve as an instructor and learning facilitator for subject-matter content

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational education or a degree in healthcare

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in primary care, with substantial billing knowledge

• Familiarity with billing for various healthcare payers (EBM, GOÄ, workers’ compensation insurance billing)

• Demonstrated expertise in medical practice management, ready for training

• Experience with Medistar practice management software

• Comprehensive understanding of digital healthcare and health technologies

• Initial experience in training delivery, including in-house training, workshops, or seminars

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as AEVO certification, or at least one year of experience in adult education

• Strong methodological and didactic capabilities in conveying educational content

• Excellent command of the instruction language, German (C2 level)

• Independent and organized work approach, accompanied by a high level of personal accountability

• Outstanding communication skills and innovative lesson design
