Clinical Trial Delivery Trainer – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess the training and development requirements within Clinical Trial Delivery

• Design and oversee role-specific training curricula, onboarding processes, and educational plans

• Create, revise, and standardize training resources, learning materials, assessments, and documentation

• Sustain a scalable and maintainable training repository

• Propose and execute training initiatives that address business needs, process modifications, quality trends, and employee feedback

• Conduct group and individual training sessions for both new and current Clinical Trial Delivery staff

• Lead instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and hands-on learning experiences

• Offer training on clinical trial procedures, regulations, SOPs, systems, tools, and specific role responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate refresher training sessions

• Assist onboarding programs and oversee the completion of onboarding and employee preparedness

• Provide support and guidance to newcomers during their onboarding and role transitions

• Act as a trainer, mentor, and resource for Clinical Trial Delivery personnel

• Deliver practical coaching and promote knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices

• Engage in observational or evaluative activities and offer targeted coaching

• Coordinate and prioritize the daily tasks of Coordinator Trainers

• Contribute to planning the training budget

• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, competency assessments, and operational quality metrics

• Enhance training processes, materials, tools, and delivery methods

• Assist with new processes, technologies, and organizational initiatives through training and change management

• Take part in the development and review of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and controlled documents

• Provide updates and suggestions to Clinical Trial Delivery leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, clinical research, healthcare, education, or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and experience

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or contract research organization (CRO) sectors

• Prior experience in one or more Clinical Trial Delivery roles, such as Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Manager, or Project Manager

• Proven experience in delivering training, facilitating learning, coaching, mentoring, or supporting employee development

• Experience in developing training materials, onboarding programs, or role-specific learning plans is advantageous

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, Health Canada, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory standards governing clinical research

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle, Clinical Trial Delivery processes, and cross-functional responsibilities

• Ability to convert complex regulatory, operational, and technical information into engaging and practical learning experiences

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities

• Strong skills in organization, planning, prioritization, and time management

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to new technologies, systems, and industry practices

• Proficient in English, both written and oral

• Familiar with AI-powered tools and productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies

• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
