Trainer – Learning Facilitator, Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Contribute to instructional design as a content creator and support learners in your capacity as a Learning Facilitator (Learning 4.0).

• Provide subject-specific instruction utilizing adaptive, AI-enhanced methods from the comfort of your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer targeted assistance and resources to learners.

• Tailor your coaching techniques to meet the unique needs and learning progress of each participant.

• Engage in quality assurance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational training and professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk.

• Ideally, have practical experience as a trainer or lecturer, including in a professional setting.

• Possess a strong command of German, as this will be your language of instruction (C2 level).

• Provide proof of pedagogical skills (AEVO certification is a plus).
