Trainer, Learning Coach Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide participants through their qualification journey.

• Assist with technical inquiries related to financial accounting, tax law, and bookkeeping.

• Conduct interviews to assess learning progress and document achievements.

• Recognize support needs and create suitable solutions.

• Encourage independent learning and promote effective learning organization.

• Facilitate the use of digital learning tools and platforms.

• Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders.

• Passionately represent the subject area with insight and foresight.

• Encourage individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer and the competence development of course participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification with professional experience in financial accounting or tax consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping according to the German Commercial Code (HGB).

• Good understanding of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L), and income-surplus calculation (EÜR).

• Proficient knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax, and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung).

• Advanced user skills in DATEV.

• Familiarity with cost accounting (KLR) and basic controlling principles.

• Ideally, prior experience as a trainer or lecturer.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence.

• Willingness to assist individuals in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the job market.
