Financial Accounting Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction utilizing adaptive, AI-enhanced teaching methods from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer focused support and resources to address learners' individual challenges.

• Tailor coaching strategies to meet personal needs and learning advancements.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at quality assurance.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their skill sets.

• Create and implement instruction both as a subject-matter expert and as a facilitator of learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational training and professional experience in financial accounting or as a tax clerk.

• Practical experience as a trainer or instructor in financial accounting, including DATEV, accounting fundamentals, business transaction recording, and the preparation of annual financial statements.

• Evidence of pedagogical capability (AEVO certification is preferable).

• Exceptional command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level).
