Senior Director – Strategic Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic growth by developing, facilitating, and steering both annual and long-term planning initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Executive Leadership.

• Act as a trusted advisor to market leaders in assessing significant growth opportunities, enhancing provider ecosystem alignment, and guiding capital allocation decisions.

• Convert intricate market dynamics and industry trends into actionable, forward-thinking strategic plans that improve performance across various Ministry Markets.

• Integrate cross-functional insights from operations, finance, and system teams to align internal objectives with external competitive landscapes and business transformation requirements.

• Track and evaluate strategic progress by assisting in monthly market business reviews, ensuring that initiatives lead to measurable organizational results.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency along with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership/management role, OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management.

• Specialized experience in healthcare corporate strategy, healthcare strategy consulting, or healthcare finance within a large, complex health system or organization is essential.

• Proven track record of collaborating directly with operational and financial teams to create and implement enterprise or market-level strategic initiatives.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of overall strategic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role, is required.
