Financial Accounting Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a remote setting utilizing adaptive, AI-enhanced teaching techniques in WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer focused support and resources to meet learners’ unique challenges.

• Tailor coaching strategies to fit individual requirements and progress in learning.

• Aid in participants’ skill enhancement and the practical application of their knowledge.

• Serve as a source of feedback and a facilitator of learning.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications along with experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk.

• Hands-on experience as a trainer or lecturer in financial accounting, DATEV, foundational accounting principles, recording business transactions, and the preparation of annual financial statements.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence.

• Proficient command of German, the medium of instruction, at a C2 proficiency level.

• AEVO certification is preferred.
