Trainer, Instructor for Retraining IT Specialist, System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and foresight.

• In your capacity as an instructor, your main objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you view yourself both as a source of information and as a facilitator in the learning process — Learning 4.0!

• This involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Implementation of diverse teaching methods for lesson creation.

• Preparation and development of learning materials related to the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments to evaluate competency advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A vocational qualification as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Professional experience in configuring and managing MS Servers.

• Familiarity with virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (desirable).

• Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to effectively incorporate them into teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is considered a plus.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (e.g., AEVO trainer certification).

• Methodical and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content.

• A self-reliant, organized working style with a strong sense of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
