Trainer, Instructor for Retraining IT Specialist, Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and insight.

• In your capacity as an instructor, your primary objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• When crafting your lessons, you view yourself as both a source of content and a supportive learning coach — Learning 4.0!

• This encompasses: subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employing various teaching methods to develop lessons.

• Preparing and producing curriculum-related educational materials.

• Conducting evaluations to assess improvements in competency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational training as an IT Specialist — Application Development or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and expertise across various domains of software development and information technology.

• In-depth understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other pertinent web technologies.

• Familiarity with databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper-V), as well as operating systems, system architecture, and security practices.

• A keen interest in AI and ChatGPT, along with the capability to integrate them effectively into your teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or educator is a plus.

• Evidence of pedagogical suitability (e.g., instructor certification such as AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.

• A self-directed, organized approach to work with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
