Trainer / Instructor – Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE, you passionately represent your area of expertise with insight and foresight.

• You are excited about innovative approaches to personalized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer.

• In your capacity as a trainer, your main goal is to foster the competence development of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you see yourself both as a source of valuable information and as a supportive learning companion — Learning 4.0!

• This role involves subject-specific instruction utilizing adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from the comfort of your home in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will provide targeted assistance and resources to help learners navigate their specific challenges.

• Your coaching methods will be tailored to the individual needs and learning progress of each participant.

• You will also contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of German (C2 level).

• Relevant vocational qualification and professional experience as an accountant or tax clerk.

• Practical experience as a trainer/instructor in the field of financial accounting with DATEV.

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.

• Ability to post business transactions.

• Experience in preparing annual financial statements.

• Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO is desirable).
