Trainer, Formador Corporativo Bilingüe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and conduct training sessions for both new and current Legal Assistants, Intake, and Operations personnel to guarantee exceptional support for our California legal teams.

• Collaborate with the Development Manager to create and revise training manuals, engaging presentations, and educational materials.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for LATAM-based employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and technical workflows.

• Assist in assessing trainee performance through evaluations and feedback, pinpointing areas that may require further coaching.

• Work in conjunction with the operations and learning and development team to ensure training materials are aligned with current process needs.

• Oversee training schedules, attendance records, and internal communications for the training division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or a similar field.

• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Superior presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging a diverse audience and simplifying intricate legal concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.
