Trainer for Smart Building, BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely via WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Offer a comprehensive overview of BIM concepts, terminology, and application areas throughout the entire building lifecycle

• Employ diverse teaching strategies including practical case studies and collaborative group activities

• Clarify levels of development/detail (LOD), data quality standards, and information flow processes

• Develop and design educational materials consistent with the curriculum

• Conduct evaluations to assess competency progression

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional capabilities and integrating into the workforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline

• Strong practical and methodological expertise in BIM

• Experience with digital building models, LOD frameworks, and BIM applications across various lifecycle stages

• Excellent communication skills

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Pedagogical qualification (AEVO)

• Methodical and didactic capability for teaching content

• Independent and organized working approach with a high level of personal accountability

• Proficient in German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
