This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In your role as a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you will passionately represent your field of expertise with insight and vision.
• You will promote active participation with the learning materials and their practical use within the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.
• You will inspire participants and create a positive environment for learning and working.
• You will conduct assessments to evaluate competency improvements.
• A number of years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance.
• Proven experience in scaling campaigns or leading growth initiatives.
• Proficient in managing KPIs, funnel logics, and optimization techniques.
• Background in start-ups, scale-ups, or companies driven by digital strategies.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, depending on the target audience.
• Track record of demonstrable case studies or results.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Product, Sales, CRM, and Data teams.
• Strong practical background in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with areas such as funnel optimization, A/B testing, analytics, or marketing automation.
• Confident in the use of standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.).
• Strong didactic and teaching abilities.
• Professional experience as an online trainer in adult education.
• Proficient in employing innovative techniques to engage learners.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a high level of personal accountability.
• Documentation of pedagogical competency (trainer qualification according to AEVO, Train-the-Trainer).
