Trainer for Chemical Regulation and Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you embody your field with enthusiasm and insight.

• In your capacity as a trainer, your primary emphasis is on enhancing the competencies of course participants.

• When organizing your lessons, you serve both as a content expert and a facilitator of learning—embracing Learning 4.0!

• This role includes subject-specific instruction conducted from your home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D® platform.

• Utilize a diverse range of teaching methods to craft engaging lessons.

• Prepare and develop learning materials pertinent to the course in alignment with the curriculum.

• Administer assessments to evaluate competency improvements.

• Provide case examples derived from projects, training experiences, or insights from professional practice.

• A strong command of the German language for instruction (C2 level) is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree with a specialization in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, or Law.

• Several years of professional experience within the environmental sector.

• Familiarity with REACH, CLP, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (Gefahrstoffverordnung), and international chemical regulations.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies is preferred.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for effective content delivery.

• An independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
