Trainer for Building Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instruction tailored to specific subjects delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Implementation of diverse teaching strategies for lesson design

• Creation and enhancement of course-related educational materials in line with the curriculum

• Performing life cycle assessments (LCA) for both residential and non-residential structures

• Showcasing case studies from projects, training sessions, or reports in the realm of sustainable and energy-efficient construction

• Assisting participants in developing their skills and integrating into the labor market

• Crafting instruction as both a subject matter expert and a facilitator of learning

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering (TGA)

• Several years of professional experience in evaluating buildings as per QNG and the "Climate-Friendly New Construction" initiative

• Preparation and assessment of LCAs utilizing Hottgenroth, ECO‑CAD, and ETU‑Planer

• Additional certification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings

• Certification/recognition as an Energy Efficiency Expert

• Proficient command of German at the C2 level for instructional purposes

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Methodological and didactic competence in delivering educational content

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a strong sense of personal responsibility
