This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and establish a strategic training framework that aligns with the objectives of the organization and the needs of clinical staff.
• Create curricula based on adult learning principles, incorporating e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
• Formulate training programs for external team members that cover specialty pharmacy workflow, dispensing, patient care, prior authorization, financial assistance, communication, technology, and regulatory standards.
• Develop presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and various other training materials.
• Offer retraining and coaching to customer clinics that require additional assistance.
• Provide training on clinical operations topics as needed.
• Review and revise training materials to reflect industry practices, regulatory updates, and organizational changes.
• Work in partnership with subject matter experts to integrate best practices and research into training content.
• Maintain a readily accessible repository of training resources.
• Implement assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance content and delivery.
• Monitor trainee performance and relay feedback to management.
• Evaluate, report, and confirm competency post-onboarding and for additional training as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality, People Ops, clinical leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster understanding and adoption of training programs.
• Over 5 years of experience as a trainer or educator in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Preference for experience in specialty pharmacy operations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow, clinical guidelines, and specialty pharmacy regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and the use of e-learning tools/platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Certification in training or education, such as ATD or CPT, is advantageous.
