Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Arrange meetings with clients following the sale of Club Caddie software and oversee the collection of necessary data and information.

• Develop and oversee project plans tailored for each client.

• Guide client communications throughout the software implementation process.

• Customize Club Caddie software systems to meet clients’ specific needs and requirements.

• Educate clients on Club Caddie software systems and associated add-on modules.

• Produce detailed documentation outlining client customizations.

• Manage essential deliverables and project timelines.

• Provide estimates for costs and time for additional development work and invoice clients for professional services rendered.

• Collaborate with the Director of Education & Training to ensure that training materials are delivered to operators.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar role.

• Over 3 years of experience in golf course operations.

• In-depth understanding of golf course operations and management systems.

• Knowledge of competitors’ software functionalities.

• Strong technical expertise.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Strong verbal, written, non-verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Commitment to ethics and values.

• Previous experience with Club Caddie is preferred.

• Proactive and energetic attitude.

• Friendly and able to establish rapport with clients.
