This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you passionately and foresightedly represent your area of expertise.

• In your role as an instructor, the primary goal is the competency development of the course participants.

• You see yourself as both a provider of input and a supportive learning companion in your lesson design.

• Subject-specific teaching from home in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilization of various teaching methods for lesson design.

• Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments of competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualification as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Experience in configuring and managing MS servers.

• Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) as well as Linux (an advantage).

• Interest in AI and Chat-GPT, and their effective integration into lessons.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous.

• Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., training certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodical-didactic skill in conveying teaching content.

• An independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
