Trainee User Acquisition Manager – Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.

• Analyze campaign results and key marketing metrics.

• Participate in testing new advertising hypotheses.

• Conduct competitor analysis and review market advertising creatives.

• Work with analytics and study user behavior.

• Collaborate with the creative team to generate new ideas and advertising formats.

• Help in preparing conclusions and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate is a plus).

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.

• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for working with data.

• Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn quickly.

• Intermediate+ level of English.
