This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ You will identify new business prospects and cultivate focused B2B customer relationships within a digital landscape.
β’ You will engage in sales discussions β via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings β persuading companies to adopt our digital products and services.
β’ You will assess customer requirements, create appropriate proposals, and facilitate the entire sales process β from initial outreach to contract finalization and campaign execution.
β’ You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to incorporate market insights and enhance sales effectiveness.
β’ You will document your activities in the CRM system and proactively work towards achieving your sales objectives.
β’ A keen interest in learning about B2B sales, preferably in a digital or technology-focused setting.
β’ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a self-assured demeanor.
β’ An independent, goal-driven work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ A technical aptitude and enthusiasm for digital solutions.
β’ Proficient German language skills, both written and verbal; English language skills are a plus.
