Trainee IT Trainer/Instructor for IT Specialists in System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 12-month trainee program that equips you for a career as an IT trainer.

• Receive professional, methodological, and pedagogical guidance from seasoned colleagues.

• Facilitate IT training sessions covering educational areas aligned with the IHK framework curriculum, emphasizing IT Specialists in System Integration.

• Instruct on subjects such as IT workstation setup, Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, PowerShell, Bash, IT security, data protection, and data security.

• Actively participate in the enhancement of IT retraining initiatives.

• Achieve the IHK trainer certification.

• Gain foundational knowledge in professional training delivery through an online trainer development program.

• Dependable and collaborative work ethic.

• Capable of clearly articulating complex subjects and confident in presenting to groups.

• Strong passion for and interest in IT topics.

• Technical background in system integration, such as training as an IT Specialist in System Integration, a comparable qualification, IT training or certifications, a technical degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Applications from candidates without a formal IT qualification are also encouraged; please provide your motivation for pursuing a trainer role.

• Excellent German language proficiency (minimum C1 level).

• Experience as a trainer, instructor, tutor, coach, or in a similar educational capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
