Epic Systems Analyst – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide support for legacy technology systems and uphold the technical infrastructure.

• Conduct technical analysis to ensure seamless operations and automation.

• Engage with users to understand existing operating procedures and clarify program goals.

• Examine legacy applications along with business processes and functions.

• Offer support for designated legacy applications and systems.

• Manage databases to guarantee the ongoing operation of legacy applications.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the expected functionality of legacy applications.

• Oversee the monitoring of supported systems and service level agreements.

• Execute system administration tasks to maintain proper configuration and system integrity.

• Assist with the maintenance and data extraction of legacy data.

• Aid in data archiving and system shutdown during the decommissioning of targeted legacy applications.

• Keep precise system configuration documentation.

• Develop programming and/or integration specifications.

• Ensure prompt follow-through and escalation of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting LCMC Health’s legacy application systems, programming, and/or system integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

• Proof of citizenship or immigration status is required to confirm lawful right to work in the United States.
