• Utilize effective problem-solving skills in a responsible and methodical way while maintaining strong customer liaison to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Generate precise and adequately detailed reports to keep the customer informed about ongoing work and ensure compliance with health and safety record-keeping.
• Follow company health and safety protocols and actively contribute to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to independently manage your schedule for field-based installations, corrective actions, upgrades, and preventative maintenance as necessary.
• Willingness to travel away from home when required.
• Ensure the compliant and timely return of equipment and parts in accordance with ISO and WEEE procedures.
• Exhibit empathy and adaptability to working within a medical environment.
• A degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Electronics.
• A qualification in ICT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience through apprenticeship.
• Previous relevant experience in a Service Engineer role is preferable but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Familiarity with networking and remote diagnostics software systems.
• Essential experience in safely working with electromechanical systems.
