Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Installation and maintenance support for Beckman Coulter equipment.

• Delivering expert assistance on-site and via telephone.

• Fostering a professional relationship with customers through technical user training.

• Assisting in the introduction of new products.

• Aiding the Service team in all customer-related endeavors.

• Documenting service activities and managing tasks in SMS.

• Adhering to standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in the service and maintenance of medical equipment.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Croatian.

• Competent in using MS Office applications.
