Medical Imaging Field Engineer 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for servicing CT, Pet CT, and Nuclear Medicine Imaging Equipment in the Louisville/Lexington, KY region.

• Your role will involve delivering prompt and effective repairs, along with providing adequate training to operators to ensure optimal system performance.

• You will oversee financial performance within your designated territory, striving to meet or surpass budget targets for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.

• It is essential to establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and colleagues, while accurately performing necessary administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience is required.

• 1-2+ years of field service experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment is necessary.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Must be able to travel and provide service within the assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation following training and certification is expected.

• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently both day and night, and a good driving record are required.

• Physical capabilities include lifting 50 lbs (from floor to above waist/head), walking, climbing ladders/step stools, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reaching, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and the ability to work independently.
