Trading Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy, roadmap, and specifications for the pricing and execution engine.

• Spearhead the migration from PrimeXM XCore, which includes testing, parallel operations, and production deployment.

• Develop configurable price aggregation and formation across various liquidity providers.

• Determine routing rules per symbol and client group, including A-book, B-book, and C-book flow segmentation.

• Manage markup, spread, order-flow, and bridge-level exposure controls.

• Evaluate execution quality by monitoring latency, slippage, fill rates, rejection rates, and liquidity provider performance.

• Define the resilience and failover protocols for LP disconnects, stale pricing, FIX session failures, and data center outages.

• Ensure a low-latency infrastructure in LD4 and NY4 at a minimum.

• Provide support for MT4 and MT5 while creating clean FIX and REST APIs for seamless integration with Stratos and upcoming platforms.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, dealing, operations, infrastructure, and liquidity provider teams.

• Replace PrimeXM XCore without causing significant disruptions to trading activities.

• Enhance latency, fill rates, execution transparency, and system resilience.

• Minimize reliance on vendor support for configuration modifications.

• Guarantee dependable MT4/MT5 support and successful native integration with Stratos through an API-first architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience.

• Background in product management within FX, CFDs, electronic trading, brokerage infrastructure, or capital markets technology.

• Solid understanding of liquidity aggregation, price formation, execution routing, slippage, partial fills, and rejection management.

• Experience with platforms such as PrimeXM, oneZero, FXCubic, Centroid, or similar.

• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 bridge architecture and FIX connectivity.

• Proven experience in defining requirements for low-latency, high-availability trading systems.

• Exceptional ability to convert business and trading requirements into precise technical specifications.
