Trading Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating issues within the team.

• Provide support for the verification, adjustment, and creation of Sport & Competition setups across various environments.

• Aid in testing and monitoring app features to ensure they function correctly and are easy to navigate.

• Contribute to Compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing processes.

• Communicate effectively with data providers and assist with ticketing support.

• Conduct daily reviews of betting content.

• Monitor both pre-game and in-play markets.

• Engage in cross-functional assignments with Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist the Customer Experience team with issue resolution.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.

• A strong knowledge of sports, especially regarding the four major professional sports leagues; knowledge of esports is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with sports betting and relevant experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent and effective communication skills are necessary.

• Proficiency with computers is required.

• Experience with iPhone and Android devices is preferred.
