Trading Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating issues within the team.

• Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of Sport & Competition setups across various environments.

• Aid in testing and monitoring application features to ensure proper functionality and navigation.

• Participate in Compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing.

• Communicate with data providers and assist with ticketing support.

• Conduct daily reviews of betting content.

• Monitor pre-game and in-play markets.

• Engage in cross-functional assignments with Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist the Customer Experience team in resolving issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Extensive knowledge of sports, especially the four major professional sports leagues; knowledge of esports is a plus.

• Experience and knowledge in sports betting would be beneficial.

• Strong and effective communication skills.

• Must be proficient with computers.

• Familiarity with iPhone and Android devices is required.
