This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Analyze weekly and monthly key metrics to detect trends or specific areas needing attention.
• Recognize payer trends and determine the root causes of billing or claims exceptions; take necessary actions to address and/or escalate issues to reduce bad debt.
• Serve as a resource for team members' inquiries and assist with focus areas and challenging payer issues.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Suggest modifications to collection teams, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of work output and deliver feedback to team members and management; propose recommendations for improvement.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Preferred two to four years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
