This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategize, organize, and execute tournaments on Gamers Club platforms.
• Oversee internal competitions and collaborative projects with partners.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to tournament formats and competitive offerings.
• Ensure competitions run smoothly by resolving issues and conflicts in real-time.
• Offer direct assistance to players during tournaments, addressing inquiries and enforcing rules.
• Gather and analyze feedback from players and partners to foster ongoing improvements.
• Compile results reports and conduct post-tournament analyses (post-mortems).
• Aid in the development, review, and/or updating of rulebooks for competitions across various formats.
• Oversee and manage the distribution of prizes.
• Actively participate in the enhancement of internal processes and the overall quality of operations.
• Serve as a liaison with other departments (such as Marketing and Broadcast) and clients, ensuring alignment in deliverables and operational synergy.
• At least 12 months of prior experience in tournament operations or similar roles within Esports.
• Practical understanding of the competitive landscape, particularly in CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, and/or Free Fire.
• Familiarity with various competition formats and structures (single/double elimination, Swiss, leagues, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
