This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Oversees the daily operational functions of skilled, non-exempt, and potentially exempt employees.
• Prepares and administers employee performance evaluations while offering continuous performance feedback.
• Recommends candidates for hiring.
• Aids in all aspects of personnel management and goal setting within the functional area.
• Delivers regular progress updates and reports to the Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
