This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily operations of a travel consultant team.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPI), workload, offer support, and provide coaching.
• Serve as the main point of contact for team members.
• Actively mentor and develop the team to achieve and surpass performance goals.
• Lead a team of travel consultants effectively.
• Work in collaboration with performance metrics to enhance team effectiveness.
• Create training programs to address competency gaps.
• Supply industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.
• Stay informed about essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Daily monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control.
• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management sector.
• Relevant supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
